Geomatica is altijd een wetenschap van \"waarheid en nauwkeurigheid\" geweest die een reeks geografische technieken bevat. Maar het is vooral technisch en strategisch ge\u00ebvolueerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00f3\u00f3r 1990 lag de prioriteit bij het verbeteren van het beroep met geautomatiseerde kartering, gegevensverzameling en bijgewerkte kaarten van het grondgebied. Kort daarna zijn de informatisering van het landbeheer en de verbeterde werking van organisaties van fundamenteel belang geworden om de markt te stimuleren zich te ontwikkelen in de richting van uitwisseling, distributie en het delen van geografische kennis dankzij nieuwe softwaretools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze tools werden gemaakt om de technische prestaties te verbeteren, omdat het verzamelen en bewerken van gegevens niet stopte met evolueren. En met de komst van het internet kreeg de uitwisseling van gegevens na 2000 wettelijke beperkingen opgelegd. Professionals werden echter plotseling geconfronteerd met een probleem dat te maken had met het publieke begrip van technische gegevens en waren verplicht om samen te werken om een gemeenschappelijke gebiedskaart te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kadastrale werkzaamheden<\/a>Kadastrale operaties, geologische en minerale kartering, navigatie en hulp bij het wegverkeer zijn allemaal gebieden waar professioneel gebruik en consumentengegevens samengingen. In feite kunnen we tegenwoordig overal wegenkaarten vinden, en zelfs in digitaal formaat op het web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luchtfotografie heeft zeker geholpen om de toepassingsgebieden van geografische informatie te diversifi\u00ebren, en in 20 jaar is de evolutie van geomatica ge\u00ebvolueerd van technische zorgen naar samenwerkingsproblemen die zich richten op het begrijpen en assimileren van de gegevens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De ontwikkeling van IT-tools speelde en speelt nog steeds een grote rol in de evolutie van de processen. Met de tools die v\u00f3\u00f3r de jaren 90 beschikbaar waren, konden alleen bepaalde gegevens worden gebruikt, zoals plattegronden en kaarten. De instabiliteit van de software en het gebrek aan precisie van de GIS-tools in die tijd zorgden echter voor de opkomst van nieuwe geautomatiseerde apparaten voor de observatie van het grondgebied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nu ligt de nadruk op het delen van gegevens en functionele aspecten zoals interoperabiliteitstools of gegevensvertalers. Maar vandaag de dag zijn de uitdagingen niet van technische, maar van strategische aard en hebben ze te maken met het begrijpen van nieuwe technologie\u00ebn zoals LiDAR<\/a>. Het gebrek aan training en ondersteuning zorgt ervoor dat organisaties op de oude voet verder moeten, zonder het voordeel van deze nieuwe innovatieve tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toch is de geomatica meer gericht op grote milieu- en maatschappelijke vraagstukken die het vak technologisch gezien up-to-date brengen.
